Every Mommy's Charms piece is personalised to order in our Dubai studio, so your parcel is made for one baby only yours.
How long does it take?
- Personalisation time: your piece is engraved, wrapped and ready within 72 hours of your order.
- Dubai: select Express Delivery at checkout and order before 11am, and ready pieces can be delivered the same day. If Express Delivery is selected after 11am, your order is delivered within 24 hours.
- Rest of the UAE: 1–3 working days after your piece is ready.
- GCC (KSA, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman): 3–7 working days after your piece is ready, via tracked courier.
How much does it cost?
- Free UAE shipping on orders over AED 222.
- Below AED 222, the exact rate is shown at checkout before you pay.
- GCC rates are calculated at checkout by destination.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking link as soon as your parcel is with the courier. If anything about your delivery feels unclear, message us on WhatsApp — you'll be speaking with the founder, not a call centre.
